Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• User: Any person or entity who creates an account or uses the Platform.
• Capacity (formerly Power): In-app consumable digital resource that affects simulation throughput only. No cash value, non-redeemable, non-transferable, non-refundable except as required by Store policies where applicable.
• Network Balance: Server-side calculated, USD-denominated metrics that may be transferred as sats (Bitcoin on Lightning).
• Transfer (formerly Withdraw): Moving part of the Network Balance via the Lightning Network (through a third-party processor) or, where available, on-chain Bitcoin.
• Simulation: The App does not mine on the device; counters and production metrics are a simulation based on internal logic.

2. Eligibility, Account & Security

Service is for 18+ users. Accurate registration info is required. Users are responsible for account/password security. Single-account policy applies. Bots, automation, emulators, network manipulation, and fraud are strictly prohibited.

3. Service Activation (Payment Methods)

• Web Platform: Capacity activation is processed via supported third-party crypto payment gateways (e.g., OpenNode, Lightning Network) or on-chain transactions.
• Mobile Apps: When using the mobile application, Capacity is activated exclusively via Apple App Store / Google Play In-App Purchase (IAP) systems, subject to their respective policies.
• Refunds:
  • - Web/Crypto: Due to the irreversible nature of cryptocurrency transactions, activations made via OpenNode or blockchain are final and non-refundable.
  • - Mobile IAP: Refunds for mobile transactions are subject to Apple/Google Store policies.
• Capacity cannot be converted to Network Balance, fiat, or crypto and cannot be transferred externally.

4. Production & Risk Disclosure

• Production metrics are variable and calculated server-side considering active Capacity, total network load, depreciation, and operational coefficients.
• No output/volume guarantee. All figures shown in the App are informational estimates based on current network parameters.
• The Platform may adjust algorithms/parameters (including depreciation and efficiency rules) for operational or compliance reasons; changes will be announced in-app.

5. External Transfers (Sats Transfers)

• Lightning transfers: min 0.0000002 BTC (20 sats), max 0.00045 BTC (45,000 sats) per request.
• On-chain transfers (if enabled): min > 0.0005 BTC.
• Service Fees (default model):
  • - Lightning: max(50 sats, 0.5%), capped at 1,000 sats per transfer + actual network routing fees.
  • - On-chain: actual network fee (priority selected by the Platform) + 1% service fee.
• Cooldown / Limits: The Platform may apply daily/weekly limits and a cooldown (e.g., 24h) for security and flow control.
• Compliance: The Platform may request identity verification (KYC/AML). Failure to pass may lead to denial or reversal of a transfer request.
• The Platform is not responsible for delays or failures caused by network congestion, routing, third-party outages, or force majeure. Users are responsible for taxes arising from asset transfers.

6. Ads & Depreciation

Depreciation (capacity wear) and any network efficiency rules are shown in-app and may be updated. These mechanisms do not create retroactive entitlements.

7. Prohibited Use

Fraud/chargebacks, multiple accounts, botting/automation, referral abuse, market manipulation, prohibited jurisdictions/sanctioned parties, and attempts to bypass technical limits are forbidden. Breaches may result in suspension/termination and cancellation of ineligible balances.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform uses third-party services including but not limited to OpenNode (for payment processing and transfers), RevenueCat (for mobile IAP), Supabase (for auth/DB), and analytics SDKs. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that transaction processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

9. Disclaimer & Liability

The App is a technical simulation and not an investment platform. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is not liable for direct/indirect damages arising from market volatility, third-party failures, outages, data loss, or force majeure. Where permitted, aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for Capacity in the last 3 months.

10. Changes & Termination

Terms may be updated; continued use after an in-app notice means acceptance. Users may close accounts at any time; pending transfers may be canceled upon closure.

11. Sanctions & Regional Restrictions

The Platform may restrict access in sanctioned or prohibited regions and to listed individuals/entities.

12. Governing Law & Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of England and Wales, after good-faith negotiations.
